He’s passionate about helping business owners cut through the noise – turning messy spreadsheets and vague goals into clear, confident decisions. Whether it’s planning for growth, solving a stubborn problem, or just making the day-to-day feel less overwhelming.

Outside of work, Mark coaches youth football – bringing the same focus, teamwork and encouragement to the pitch as he does to business.

Ben’s the kind of person who brings clarity to complexity. As a Client Manager, he works closely with clients to prepare accounts, handle tax matters, and make sure everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes.

He’s big on accuracy, clear communication, and helping business owners feel confident in their numbers – no jargon, no drama, just straight answers and solid support.

Outside of work, Ben’s a huge Harry Potter fan and a bit of a coffee connoisseur – usually found combining the two with his trusty Hogwarts mug at his desk.

Justin joined Concept as an apprentice two years ago and has been building his skills and experience ever since. He's currently working towards his AAT qualification, putting what he learns into practice while helping clients with their accounts and day-to-day accounting needs.

He's keen to learn, enjoys getting stuck into a challenge and is always developing his knowledge. From preparing accounts to supporting the wider team, Justin is becoming an important part of keeping everything running smoothly.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys gaming and playing darts. Whether he's aiming for a high score on screen or a 180 at the dartboard, he's always up for a bit of friendly competition.

Iwona loves getting into the detail of the numbers, with a particular talent for management accounts and all things Excel. She helps turn financial information into useful insights, giving business owners a better understanding of how their companies are performing.

She's organised, analytical and always looking for ways to make things more efficient. Whether it's building a spreadsheet or preparing management reports, Iwona enjoys making numbers work harder for our clients.

Outside of work, Iwona loves travelling, enjoying a glass of red wine and spending time with her Pomeranian, who no doubt keeps her on her toes!

Kate is all about making sure clients feel looked after. Working behind the scenes in Client Success, she helps keep everything organised, making sure things run smoothly and nothing gets missed along the way.

She's friendly, approachable and has a great eye for detail. Whether it's keeping things on track or helping the team deliver a great service, Kate plays an important part in making sure our clients are well looked after.

Outside of work, Kate loves music, enjoys getting out for a run and likes to pick up her guitar whenever she gets the chance.

David is the creative mind behind our marketing, helping to spread the word about Concept and what makes us different. From developing fresh ideas to keeping our message consistent, he works behind the scenes to make sure we're putting our best foot forward.

He's always looking for new ways to connect with businesses and showcase the people behind Concept. Whether it's creating content or working on the next campaign, David helps make sure our personality comes through in everything we do.

Outside of work, David enjoys a good craft beer and has a passion for classic cars. He's just as happy discovering a new brewery as he is admiring a vintage motor.
