Mark isn’t your typical accountant. He set up Concept Accountancy to offer something better – a service that cuts through the jargon, gives business owners real clarity, and helps them feel more in control of their finances.
He’s passionate about helping business owners cut through the noise – turning messy spreadsheets and vague goals into clear, confident decisions. Whether it’s planning for growth, solving a stubborn problem, or just making the day-to-day feel less overwhelming.
Outside of work, Mark coaches youth football – bringing the same focus, teamwork and encouragement to the pitch as he does to business.
Ben’s the kind of person who brings clarity to complexity. As a Client Manager, he works closely with clients to prepare accounts, handle tax matters, and make sure everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes.
He’s big on accuracy, clear communication, and helping business owners feel confident in their numbers – no jargon, no drama, just straight answers and solid support.
Outside of work, Ben’s a huge Harry Potter fan and a bit of a coffee connoisseur – usually found combining the two with his trusty Hogwarts mug at his desk.
Every office needs someone who keeps the wheels turning – at Concept Accountancy, that’s Chelsea. Since joining in 2023, she’s been the mastermind behind the smooth running of Concept HQ, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She also heads up our payroll team, making sure our clients’ employees get paid accurately and on time.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys gaming and watching her favourite TV shows and films. Whether you’re after a new game to try or a great movie recommendation, she’s always happy to share her favourites.
Justin is one of the newest members of the Concept team, bringing fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a meticulous eye for numbers. As an Accounts Assistant, he dedicates his days to supporting clients with their financial needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in everything he does. Currently working towards his AAT qualification, Justin is laying the groundwork for what promises to be a stellar career in accountancy.
Outside of work, you’ll find Justin at the oche, perfecting his darts throw.
